Orlando d.o.o. is a company established in 1993 in Grude, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our core activities encompass wholesale and retail of veterinary medicines, veterinary equipment, diagnostic tools, as well as pet food and supplements.
We started our journey as consignment distributors of veterinary medicines from Pliva, Zagreb, with just two employees. Over time, we expanded our operations first into the field of plant protection and later into importing veterinary equipment from several European countries such as Denmark, Germany, Austria, and others. Subsequently, our business further diversified into complementary products and activities, including equipment, hygiene products, pet food, and nutritional supplements.

The Orlando team now comprises over 80 employees, including 13 veterinary doctors. We take pride in our team’s qualifications and motivation. In our pursuit to become a leading distribution system in the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market, we emphasize continuous improvement through various seminars, both domestic and international. We regularly organize targeted training sessions, especially when introducing new products and equipment, inviting leading experts from the veterinary field and specialized professionals from the European countries we collaborate with.
Our distribution network consistently serves over 500 partners, with a growing trend each year. In addition to our primary distribution role in the domestic market, Orlando aims for business internationalization in the regional market. Our operations are conducted in a newly constructed facility covering approximately 1500 square meters, equipped with modern cooling systems and an organized warehousing and issuing system, ensuring accurate product delivery.
All our activities are geared towards building positive relationships with clients, focusing on achieving customer satisfaction. This commitment is reflected in the continuous growth of our revenue and the reputation of our company.
